I once had a chance to taste a slice of delicious custard cake on my friend’s birthday party. And from that one slice, I started to eat almost half of the cake’s size! The taste of the cake was unforgettable because of the ingredients that comprised it. It was a home-made cake made by my friend’s sister. According to my friend, he has the bread receipe for the cake and he said that it was very easy. He said that he was going to give me the recipe but until now, I don’t have it. From the time I have tasted the cake, I have been buying a slice of custard cake in every bakery that I see. But the custard cake made by friend’s sister is incomparable. Until now I am asking the recipe from him but he keeps on forgetting about it. There are recipes on the internet too, which I already made, but I cannot mimic the one that I have tasted.

This is composed of uncooked quinoa, olive oil, minced garlic, vegetable broth, diced firm tofu, sliced mushrooms, broccoli florets and chopped fresh spinach.
The first thing that you should do is to boil vegetable stock in a saucepan and then add quinoa in it. Cover the pan and then simmer the mixture for approximately twenty minutes. Heat olive oil in your skillet and stir broccoli florets, tofu and garlic in it for about one minute. After that, you need to cover your skillet and steam the ingredients for about two minutes. Add spinach, mushrooms and vegetable broth into the skillet. Cover it and continue cooking for another three minutes. Add this mixture into the cooked grain. Set this mixture aside for about ten minutes and serve.
